• When is the Tasting Room Open?

The Tasting Room is open Year-Round Thursdays 3PM – 7PM, Fridays and Saturdays 11AM-7PM, and Sundays 10AM-3PM. We pride ourselves on consistency for our customers, and do not change these open hours. We do not open for holidays that fall outside Thursday-Sunday. We do not close for private events during our public hours. However, the Tasting room is closed the Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

  • What do you produce, and where can I purchase it?

We primarily produce American Yeoman Vodka, and American Yeoman Maple Syrup Flavored Vodka. You can purchase our Yeoman Vodka and maple flavored vodka in the Tasting Room. We also distribute our Yeoman Vodka and Yeoman Maple Syrup Flavored Vodka to liquor stores and bars throughout Wisconsin. Please click the ‘Retail Locations’ tab for a map of retailers that carry our products. If you are a retailer interested in carrying our products, you can contact Bill’s Distributing in Menominee, WI.

We also produce a limited amount of 5-year American Single Malt Whiskey. The American Single Malt is only available at the Distillery. We are currently sold out. The next release will be April, 18 2024 at 3PM.

  • Do we need reservations, or can we reserve space?

No, we do not take reservations. The Tasting Room is first come – first serve. We do have plenty of space, and tables tend to rotate out quickly. If you get here, and we are full, it won’t take long for a table to open; we’ll of course get you a drink while you wait! We also do not reserve tables for large groups. If you’d like a better chance of moving tables together for a large group, we’d recommend coming earlier in the day, or on a Thursday or Friday. We will make every effort to accommodate your group. If you do have a large group, we always appreciate a heads up; either give us a call, or send a message under the ‘Contact Us’ tab.

  • Do you serve food?

The Tasting Room does not provide food. However, we generally have food trucks available every day we are open. Please click the ‘Food Truck Schedule’ tab for an updated food truck calendar. You are also welcome to bring your own food.

  • Do you host weddings or wedding receptions?

Although we are always honored that our customers would like to have their weddings at our Distillery, we are not a wedding venue, and do not host weddings or receptions.

  • Do you host private events?

We can host private events. However, because we do not close to the public for private events, your event would have to be on a day we are otherwise not open (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday). During the Winter months (November-March) we may be able to work with you on having an event before we open, or after we close Thursday-Sunday. For more information, please contact us using the form in the ‘Contact Us’ tab. Our fee for private events is $200/hr minimum charge; if your group does not purchase $200 worth of cocktails or merchandise per hour you are here, the difference would have to be made up at the end of the event.

  • Can we bring our own food?

Yes, you are welcome to bring in whatever food you’d like. However, outside alcohol is prohibited.

  • Are dogs allowed at the Tasting Rom?

Although we discourage dogs inside the Tasting Room, you are welcome have your dog on our deck and lawn! We’d only request that it be leashed.

  • Do you sell Gift Certificates?

Yes, we have gift certificates for sale at the Tasting Room. You can also purchase gift certificates over the phone. To purchase over the phone, please call 715-296-5087 with payment information, and a mailing address. We do not do online sales.

  • Can I get a tour of the Distillery?

We do offer tours on request free of charge (they are fairly informal). However, we are a production facility, and are in production nearly 365 days a year. Tours are not available while the Distillery is in operation. We’d recommend sending a message under the ‘Contact Us’ tab to set up a tour. Tours generally last between 20-40 minutes depending on how many questions there are. We also have windows in the Tasting Room overlooking the distillery.

  • Are your spirits Gluten Free?

We do produce our spirits from wheat and barley. However, generally, all distilled spirits are gluten free regardless of what they are made from. We’d recommend typing “Gluten and Distilled Spirits” into any internet search provider and looking for reputable sources for more information. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to us in the ‘contact us’ tab; we’d be happy to send you legitimately sourced articles on the matter. You can also ask our servers for gluten free cocktail options while you are here.

  • Do you ship your spirits?

Unfortunately, antiquated State laws prohibit us from direct shipping distilled spirits. However, we do retail our products throughout Wisconsin. Please go to the ‘Retail Locations’ tab to find a liquor store that carries Yeoman Vodka near you!

  • I heard you are making Whiskey, how’s it coming, and when will it be released?

Yes! We do produce a 5-year American Single Malt Whiskey (no, we are not making bourbon). An American Single Malt Whiskey must be made with 100% malted Barley (we use the barley grown on the farm), distilled to no more than 80% ABV, and stored in a new charred white oak barrel at no more 62.5%ABV for a minimum of 2 years. Production constraints mean we are only able to make a very limited amount of whiskey. We are currently sold out of our Whiskey. Our next release will be April, 18 2024 at 3PM. Our whiskey is currently only sold at the Distillery.
